4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders including situations involving:

  • Unusual purchasing activity
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • A technical error has affected the order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.


6. Returns & Refunds

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Returned products should be sent back without undue delay and, where applicable, must be in a condition consistent with the consumer's right to inspect and handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, together with applicable European Union consumer protection and other applicable legislation.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
