1. What sizes do your T-shirts come in?

We offer a full range of sizes from XS to 4XL.
Our T-shirts are unisex — if you’re a woman, we recommend choosing 1–2 sizes smaller for the best fit.

 

2. Are your T-shirts true to size?
Yes. Our regular-fit T-shirts are true to size, while oversized styles are intentionally designed with a looser fit. Please check the size chart on each product page for the best fit.

 

3. What material are the T-shirts made of?

All our tees are made from 100% organic cotton — soft, breathable, and durable.
We use eco-friendly DTG printing inks designed for long-lasting, high-quality prints.

 

4. My product arrived with traces of adhesive. Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. When printing on black garments using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, a pre-treatment solution is applied to the fabric before printing. This helps the ink adhere properly to the garment and ensures a high-quality, durable print. Small traces of the pre-treatment may sometimes be visible around the printed area after production. These traces are not a defect and will disappear after the first wash.

 

5. How do I wash and care for my T-shirt?

For best results:

  • Wash inside-out at 30°C
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry on low or air-dry
  • Iron inside-out and avoid the printed area

This helps keep your T-shirt looking great for longer.

 

6. Will the print fade?

With proper care, DTG prints stay vibrant for a long time.
Avoid harsh detergents and high heat drying to extend print life.

 

7. When will my order arrive?

Each T-shirt is printed especially for your order.

Production time: 1–3 business days
Delivery within Bulgaria: 1–3 business days (Econt)

Estimated total delivery time: 2–6 business days.

Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

 

8. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
For Bulgaria, we use Econt and Speedy with standard shipping rates.

 

9. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Bulgaria. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our delivery options.

 

10. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
The item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Yes - If your order hasn’t shipped yet— email us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
