Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at CULTCORE.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

 

1. Right of Return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Returned with all original labels and packaging


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • The reason for the return (optional)

If your order was paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) with Econt or Speedy, please also provide:

  • Your bank account (IBAN)
  • The bank account holder's full name

If your order was paid by CARD, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. No bank account details are required.

We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.




3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we have sent you the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.




4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Card payments: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: We will ask you to provide your bank account (IBAN) and account holder's name so that we can transfer the refund by bank transfer.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back.

The cost of standard delivery to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we have sent the wrong product.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
