1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

 

2. Shipping

We currently ship within Bulgaria only.

Orders are delivered via Econt or Speedy, depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time, including production: 2–6 business days.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

 

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the customer's responsibility.

 

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
